Thank you for a good stay. The hotel is clean, has views of the mountains. I loved the staff, they are genuinely helpful. It offers excellent services. The pool is clean. The location is comfy and unbeatable, 1 mile from Loretto Chapel. And it's relatively close to downtown.

The staff was superb. The rooms were very classy and slept in the most comfortable bed. The location was a short stroll to the city's center, but yet extremely quite.

As a solo traveler, I appreciated thevery comfy and tidy accommodations, made my explorations even more pleasant.

I like all the space a 2 room suites provides. I also enjoy having a fully supplied mini kitchen and refrigerator. The close proximity to The Plaza is a definite plus.

I did not like the lumpy beds, lack of free wifi and no mini toiletries if something is forgotten. There was no note that there was no maid service during my stay.

Hotel had not received our request for a king sized bed that we included when we booked our stay. Very disappointing. (We knew it wasn't guaranteed, but why ask for comments to transmit to the hotel at booking if they are not sent!)

Had a lovely time with the beautiful Southwest decor in our room and the convenience of having a kitchen to whip up breakfasts. The outdoor pool and cozy reading room made for perfect spots to relax. The only downside was the kitchen sink had a little leak on our last night, but staff jumped on it quickly 😄

Excellent staff; comfortable accommodations and conveniently located to Santa Fe Convention Center and plaza. In particular, the staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service is a real plus since parking is difficult around the plaza, and we had an elderly relative with us who could not walk the short distance to the plaza. Price was competitive with the "on the plaza" hotels and the accommodations were much nicer. Like the kitchen option too. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

This was a well-suited match for a relaxing holiday in Santa Fe with good price value. The location was ideal and within walking distance to the Plaza, making it easy to explore shops and galleries. I recommend checking out the trolley tour for some fun stories about the area.

The room was wonderful. I was traveling with a friend and it gave us a lot of space. We had 2 wonderfully comfortable beds, a living room, kitchenette and balcony. Also, the staff was very nice and accommodating.

I like being right in town, but it was an awfully short walk.
